ADVERTISEMENT OF NOTICE FOR
SETTLEMENT OF LIST OF CONTRIBUTORIES.
Notice is hereby given to the contributories of the above named company that they are required to submit to the Official Liquidator Delhi attached to the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi the proof of their respective shareholding in the above named company by delivering the same at the office of official liquidator on or before 00.00.200_ or sending by post to the official Liquidator so as to reach at the office of the Official Liquidator Delhi not later than the aforesaid date along with an affidavit in support of their shareholding on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs.10/- each along with original certificates. Any Contributories who fail to submit his/her affidavit or proof of his/her claim within the aforesaid time limit will be excluded from the benefits of any distribution of return before his/her claim is proved or as the case may be from objection to such distribution. Any contributories who has sent his/her proof, if so, required by notice in writing from the official liquidator Delhi, shall either in person or by his/her advocate attend the investigation of such claim at such time and place as shall be specified in such notice and shall produce such further evidence of his/her claim as may be required.
